Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Symmetrical Solutions, you agree to the following terms: Massage therapy is wellness-focused and not a replacement for medical treatment. Clients must provide accurate health information before each session. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations; late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or full session charge. Payment is due at the time of service. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any inappropriate conduct or non-compliance with policies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Service fees are non-refundable once services have been provided. Prepaid sessions or packages may only be refunded if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Gift certificates and promotional offers are non-refundable. If Symmetrical Solutions must cancel your session, you may reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund for prepaid services.

Licensing & Compliance

Symmetrical Solutions operates in compliance with Florida law. We maintain current liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. Our business is licensed as a Florida Massage Establishment and staffed by licensed massage therapists in good standing. All required signs, including the Human Trafficking Awareness poster, are displayed on-site. Copies of our licenses are available upon request.
